Hides are approx. 50 sq ft. Inspired by Northern European tanning traditions. Dakota is a top grain thicker leather featuring a more pronounced grain structure, even coloration and wonderfully soft hand. Superior selection of European and New Zealand cattle hides are hand selected for Dakota. These hides are recognized industry wide for their clean surfaces and excellent cutting yields. Protective finish enables Dakota to be suitable for most public and private environments.

Dakota is processed using low emission mineral tanning formulas which are environmentally respectful. The hides are retanned in aged oak drums using vegetable agents, natural fat liquors and oils along with dyes that ensure the leather is properly through dyed. Complies with the strict regulations of the EU environmental normative CE2000/53. Natural color variations may occur even within the same dye lot.
